The Tarrant County Black Historical & Genealogical Society (TCBHGS) has partner with the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), a work-based training program designed to help adults age 55 and older develop, enhance, and update their job skills.
Through this partnership, TCBHGS currently offers three paid training positions for eligible SCSEP participants… Administrative Assistance, Receptionist, and Maintenance Worker. Individuals interested in either of these opportunities at TCBHGS—or in other positions available through participating nonprofit organizations—are encouraged to apply for SCSEP by visiting https://ser-national.org/scsep-2/
After completing the SCSEP application process and determining eligibility, applicants may request an interview with TCBHGS for available training opportunities.

We look forward to helping participants gain valuable experience and strengthen their path toward employment.
