Sharing The Rich Culture of Tarrant County!

To Our TCBHGS Members and Friends, the global pandemic known as COVID-19 is affecting almost every part of life all over the world. As the global economy spins from the effect of this virus, businesses and organizations are shifting strategies, but in reality, businesses and organizations can succeed even during these times with proper goal setting. As we continue to monitor developments regarding COVID-19, we hope that you and your family are safe and secure. As a member or patron of the Tarrant County Black Historical & Genealogical Society your health and well-being are our primary concerns. Therefore, in response to the emergency declarations from federal, state and local officials, the Lenora Rolla Heritage Center Museum is closed until further notice. We will provide the most up-to-date information of the museum's operations on our website and on our Facebook page. We plan to develop online workshops/info regarding history, genealogy and historic preservation in order to keep our members and potential members engaged with our organization. We ask for continuous prayer and that you remember God’s faithfulness even in the midst of chaos.
