Heather Guidry
Heather is a Fort Worth native graduating from Southwest High School. After a long absence, Heather graduated with honors receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Wesleyan University in 2013 while working full time. Heather earned her Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation, the highest designation in the bank regulatory compliance field, in 2017.
Heather’s role as the Fair Lending Manager and CRA Officer at Colonial Savings, F.A. brings her passion for race relations, community involvement, and Fort Worth together. As past Chair of Colonial’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Heather works with the Committee to foster a culture of inclusion with Colonial’s diverse workspace. Heather believes when a company creates an inclusive workspace, our families and communities benefit. Additionally, Heather leads a team working with Fort Worth communities to remove barriers to credit access experienced by our underserved communities and communities of color.
Heather is married to Steve Guidry and enjoys traveling.
