Frank W Howard, IV

Frank W Howard IV was born in Landsthul, Germany to military parents who roots were established deep in the Historic Southside from Cannon to Humbolt St. As a Fort Worth native the rich history of the communities in which he resided resonated the beauty of the African American communities of Tarrant County. His portraits of friends, family and celeberties have helped him to find a niche in the art community. His talent for bringing his portraits to life in details of lines and shades shows inspiration for becoming a great artist .
